Mission Statement:

Pow Wow News is the online student news site of Brentwood High School. It publishes work that is written, created, and designed entirely by Brentwood students, in conjunction with the print newspaper, of the same name. Its purpose is to serve the Brentwood community in delivering content that is informative, engaging, and reflects the best of what our school and students have to offer.

Pow Wow News received the honor of Honorable Mention for Most Outstanding Newspaper at the Quill Awards hosted by Adelphi University.

2019-2020 Awards & Recognition:

Pow Wow News received the honor of First Place for Best Online Newspaper at the Quill Awards hosted by Adelphi University.
