There is a misconception that trans people are predatory and want to use the bathroom for the gender they identify as to harass cis people. The Bathroom Bill was meant to keep trans people out of these restrooms. However, isn’t judging a person’s appearance invasive and hypocritical? One cannot tell that someone is trans just by watching them enter a stall, wash their hands, and exit a restroom.
